1. RETURNS
All items on the site are final sale. No refunds, exchanges or returns will be issued. If you use Afterpay for payment, no refund or exchange will be issued.

2. SHIPPING:
Order shipping time is 3-5 business days. Processing time is 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on the weekends. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
BHF Home + Beauty is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. All items are final sale, no refunds or returns. Refunds or order cancellations may only be made prior to orders being shipped. For security reasons, no address changes will be made following the order being placed. If an address change needs to be made, please contact customer service for your order to be canceled, and refunded, and the order must be placed again with the correct address.
