USE: Holding one nostril closed, place the inhaler under the open nostril, inhale deeply for about three seconds, and exhale. Repeat on other side. Repeat as needed!
Each Aromatherapy Nasal Inhaler should last 2-3 months depending on frequency of use. The lid should be replaced immediately and securely after each use.
